My name is Yuliia, and I’m from Ukraine. I currently live in Poltava and study at the university. I’m a third-year student in the program "Human Resource Management of International Corporations."

I really enjoy working on creative projects, especially presentations and research related to leadership and conflict management. I also love animals, especially dogs, and I enjoy walking through the city in the evening — it helps me relax and reflect.

One thing I don’t like is feeling overwhelmed when too many things change at once. However, I’ve learned how to stay focused and manage stress better. Another thing I don’t enjoy is disorganized group work, because I prefer having clear goals and good communication.

In the future, I would like to work in international HR, helping companies create strong, people-focused cultures. I also hope to keep growing personally and professionally — learning new things is something I truly value.
