I wake up at 5 a.m. and I drink a bottle of water. Then, I make my bed and I pray God. Next, I do stretching and meditation. After that, I check my mails and prepare to go work. Next, I eat my breakfast at my work and prepare the to do lists for the whole day. I come back home at 4 p.m. and I eat my dinner early. Then, I go for a work and I prepare for my homeschooling. At last, I take quiet time alone and write reflection notes before I go to bed. After that, I have a sound sleep.
