I have  learned eight parts of speech. They are noun, verb, adjactive, adverb, conjuction, pronoun, and interjection.

1. Noun-describe the names of person ,animals ,things

Common noun-general, non-specific person, animal(dog, pagoda)

proper noun-refer to a specific noun(Kelly, Myaungmya)

Concrete Nouns-refer to something that can be touch( apple, table)

Abstract Nouns-Represents concepts, feelings or qualities that can't be touched( love, energy, hate)

Countable noun-that can be count(a dog, two dogs, three cats, two meerkats)

Uncountable noun- that can't be count( money, bread, salt)

Collective noun-refer to a group of people, animals, things(team, family, herd, flock, bunch, collection)

Compound noun- Consists of two or more words that together form a single noun( toothpaste, basketball)

Possessive Nouns- show ownership or possession and is formed by adding('s) to a nouon( Sarah's book)

Relative Noun- include a relative clause( who, that , which,  whom)

Indefinite nouns-non-specific persons, or things( someone, anyone, anything, nobody)

Gerunds(V-ing)-verb form ending in- ing that functions as a noun(swimming, talking, playing)
