God is love. That is his nature.
And what differentiates his love from the human love is that it is constant. By that I mean it doesn't change. It is the same today, yesterday and forever.
To put it into better understanding! It doesn't matter how much you have wronged him, he still is ready to love you even with your ugliest of sin. He doesn't judge or condemn you for what you have done so you can feel confident going to him and you ask for forgiveness.
He actually is more interested in you more than you are interested in your own self.
That is my understanding about God.
