Every day i starts with waking up early, freshening up, and having a healthy breakfast to get the energy flowing. My morning goes into studying with short breaks to stay refreshed. By afternoon, it’s time for lunch and a little rest, maybe even enjoying a hobby or a quick walk. Evenings are spent wrapping up tasks, moving the body with light exercise, and sharing moments with loved ones. Nights are kept calm with dinner, a bit of self-care, planning for tomorrow, and then finally a good sleep to recharge for the next day.
