Strategy Chosen: Contextual Clues with Active Recall
I decided to combine two powerful techniques. While reading an article online, I didn't just skip over unfamiliar words. I actively paused to use the surrounding text (context) to guess the meaning. Then, I immediately followed up with active recall by writing the new word and its definition in my own words in a dedicated notebook, without looking back at the article.
