I always wake up at 7am in the morning. My brain isn't working in the morning especially. I need to think about what I have to do today. Then, I keep my bed. Then, I wash my face, body and brush my teeth. I eat breakfast. I go to my work at 8am . I work quickly and carefully. I remind to myself that don't do the mistake at my work. But if I do, I take a lesson from my mistakes. I come back at half past 3pm from the work. When I reach my home, I do everything at my home. After that, I take a relax. Before I go to bed, I make a meditation. Finally, it is time to sleep. I appreciate myself with doing the best day.
