My mum wakes up at 6:30 every morning. Then she has her breakfast with my dad around 7:30 before they go to the market. She had been a bus driver for nearly 30 years but she retired 6 years ago. After going back from the market, my mum likes watching some drama shows on the TV to kill time. Sometimes she helps my dad make lunch. After lunch, they usually have a nap for 40mins to 1 hour. In the afternoon, my mum usually goes out for a walk with my dad or herself before dinner time. She goes to sleep around 8:00.
