My daily routine

My daily routine

I wake up at 6:00 am when my alarm rings, but I am not the type to jump right out of bed; I take a few moments to gently stretch and prepare my body in bed, before I start my day.

As soon as I get out of bed, I step outside to soak in the morning sun and help my body clock reset. After that, I spend some time in my garden taking in the quiet and connecting with nature.

My days are quite simple because I am neither studying nor working at the moment. I dedicate my time to caring for my elderly parents, and hepling them with their works as needed. I fill the rest of the time by quietly reading some books.

In the evening, I take a short walk and do some shopping, then jump into the pool to cool off and have some fun.

After my evening swim, I get ready for the bed. I turn on a soft light, maybe put on some soothing music, and read for a while. It's a peaceful time. After a long day, my bed feels amazing-ah!
