I have mixed emotions about this. On one hand, I can see why businesses shift these jobs to other countries since it will reduce costs on their end. However, as a customer, it can be really hard to understand when they have a thick accent. the country where the organization is based will have less jobs available and the offshore countries will have an increase in jobs so it depends on how you look at it. In my opinion, as long as the problem gets fixed and I can understand them, I'm good
