I think that this issue have its pros and cons when it comes to the company itself, employee, and the country the employee are located. The company's reason for using IT offshoring is because they are taking advantage of lower labor costs, especially to the county that have lower money value compare to where the main company is located. For this reason, I felt like this can be a bad thing because it felt like the fact that company leaders are using this idea or method to gain more profits, which can mean that they are more into the profits.
