- Context clues are hints or information found around a word or phrase in a sentence or paragraph that help you figure out the meaning of that word or phrase.
I read new sentence and I use Context clues strategy:- She was famished after the hike and devoured her meal quickly.
- Famished: means very hungry.
- The mountain was immense, huge and towering over everything.
- immense: means very large.
- Celestial bodies, such as the sun, moon, and stars, were visible in the night sky.
- Celestial: means something related to the sky or space.
It work for me because it is help me learn new words.
