Usually, I wake around 7.30 to 8.30 am. First thing I do after waking up is brushing my tooth. Then I do some yoga and sit for a ten minutes meditation session. Next, I prepare I breakfast. After the breakfast I go for a walk while listening to podcast. After completing the walk, I come back to my room and sit for second round of meditation. Then I do either weight lifting or posture exercise (each every other day). Next I do some brain exercises, mostly puzzle games. Then I read news paper. After that I have my lunch. Then I go for my second round of walk with listening podcast. After the walk I prepare my afternoon snack, then sit for third round of meditation. After the meditation I start my grammar practice. I practice grammar for around one hour. Then I take my afternoon snack. Next I practice my English speaking skill for 30 to 40 minutes with an AI language model. After that I go for a run in the evening. After the run I do my full-body workout, then take a shower. After taking shower, I have my dinner. After dinner I do whatever I wish to do, usually playing chess or reading novel.
