My favorite day activity is going to the park in the morning. I like to wake up early, put on my comfortable clothes, and take a short walk to the park near my house. I enjoy listening to birds sing and watching the flowers bloom. Sometimes I sit on a bench and read a book while drinking a cup of tea. After walking and relaxing, I meet my friends to play football or badminton. Spending time in the park makes me feel happy, calm, and full of energy for the rest of the day.
