IT offshoring
IT offshoring is a business practice where a company hires a third party to handle IT tasks in a different country or location.
IT offshoring is something that is common in some countries, but I don’t think it is a practice to be accepted. There are absolutely reasons to this: 1) A firm has to able to train its employees to handle IT tasks.
2) Permitting a third party to handle IT tasks can be risky or pose potential danger to the firm. E.g the third party who's been paid to the work could discover weaknesses of the firm and probably exploit for its benefits.
3) Every one would love economic development in their own country, so I think rather, the firm starts in its own country so that may jobs may be created and proliferated.
IT OFFSHORING COULD HAVE BENEFITS:
Access to talents: offshoring allows companies to tap into a diverse pool of skilled professionals.
Increased productivity: firms can take advantage time zone differences to ensure work is done around the clock.
Economic growth: offshoring can create employment opportunities and drive economic development in the offshore destination.
Cost savings: offshoring can significantly reduce labor costs as software engineer rates are lower in offshore regions.
