Today, I tried the “using context clues” strategy.
While reading an article, I paid attention to the words around unfamiliar vocabulary to guess their meaning before checking the dictionary.
One word I learned was “vibrant.” From the sentence, I guessed it meant “full of energy or color,” and when I checked later, my guess was correct.
This strategy worked for me because it made reading faster and helped me understand the word naturally. I think I’ll keep practicing this method to improve my vocabulary.
