Today I tried the flashcard strategy to expand my vocabulary. I wrote a new word on one side of each card and its meaning and an example sentence on the other. Then, I reviewed the cards several times during the day to memorize the words better.
It worked really well because I could test myself quickly and practice using each word in different contexts. Some of the new words I learned were “resilient” (able to recover easily), “meticulous” (showing great attention to detail), and “versatile” (able to adapt to different situations).
I will keep using this strategy because it makes learning vocabulary more active, practical, and fun.
