I get up three to four times a week at exactly 6:00am and it takes me 10 minutes to get to the gym. My workout routines lasts for about 60 minutes to 800 minutes. I leave the gym at exactly 7:20am. I am always at the office by 8:00am.
My boyfriend gets up and leaves for the gym at exactly 5:30am. He has to be at his job noy later 7:10am.
