Every morning, I wake up around 7 AM and start my day with a refreshing glass of water. After that, I like to spend a few minutes stretching to wake up my body. Once I'm dressed, I head to the kitchen to prepare breakfast, usually a bowl of oatmeal topped with fruits or a smoothie loaded with greens.

After breakfast, I tackle my academic responsibilities. I usually set aside a few hours to focus on my studies, checking off tasks from my to-do list. I find that listening to classical music helps me concentrate better during this time.

Around noon, I break for lunch. I often cook something light, like a salad or a sandwich. Following that, I take a short walk outside. This not only refreshes my mind but also gives me a chance to enjoy nature.
