After reading the section on vocabulary building strategies, I began reading a book. The first unfamiliar word I encountered was "conceal". I wrote in down in a book and then looked up its meaning in a dictionary. The word is a verb that means to hide something from sight. l searched for words that had similar meaning, and I finally used it to make sentences.
