There's no object in the sentence "Camila and Adrian go to work every day." The verb "go" is an intrasitive verb so it doesn't take an object. So, the correct sentence pattern would be:
Subject: Camila and Adrian
Verb: Go
Manner: every day
prepositional phrase: to work

Also, in the sentence "They wake up early to arrive on time," early to arrive is not a subject. As a matter of fact, the sentence does not contain any object. Let's look at it together:

Subject: They
Verb: Wake up
Adverb: early
inifinitive phrase: to arrive on time
