I wake up early in the morning, stretch my body, brush my teeth, make wudu, and go to the mosque to pray Fajr salah. After the prayer, I read a few pages of the Qur’an. I then head to the gym for a 30-minute workout. I really enjoy exercising in the morning because it helps me start my day feeling energetic and productive.
I return from the gym at 7:00 o’clock, take a cold shower, and eat breakfast. After that, I begin my work. I am a self-employed trader, so I work from home. I check the markets, analyze charts, forecast trades, and follow the news to see if there are any major events that could cause volatility. I also set alerts on my charts in case the price reaches the levels I am watching to take trades. In addition, I read a few pages from self-help books and watch podcasts related to trading and the overall financial markets.
At night, I review and journal all my trades. After finishing work, I spend quality time with my wife and kids. We have dinner together and enjoy our time as a family. To be honest, I really like to end my day on a positive and productive note, so I try to maintain a healthy balance between my personal life, family, and work.
When I reflect on my day, I often say, “Wow! I got a lot done today.” Before going to sleep, my wife gives me a massage, and then I go to bed feeling relaxed and satisfied.
