Last summer, my family and I went on a trip to the mountains. We rented a small cabin near a lake, and the view was breathtaking. One morning, we decided to go hiking. The trail was steep, but we were excited to reach the top. As we walked, we saw beautiful wildflowers and heard birds singing.
When we finally reached the summit, we were amazed by the panoramic view. We sat down to rest and enjoyed a picnic lunch. Suddenly, we noticed dark clouds gathering in the distance. We quickly packed up and started heading back down the trail. Just as we reached the cabin, it started to rain heavily. We spent the rest of the day playing board games and drinking hot chocolate by the fireplace. It was a perfect day, despite the unexpected rain.
