Here is a description of my daily routine activities
I wakeup at 6:30 AM and start my day with a short meditation session. After that, I prepare breakfast and enjoy a cup of coffee while planning my tasks for the day. By 8:00 AM, I begin working on my projects, taking short breaks every couple of hours.
During lunchtime, I either cook something simple or go for a quick walk to refresh my mind. In the afternoon, I dedicate time to learning something new, like reading an article or practicing a skill. After dinner, I unwind by watching a show or reading a book before heading to bed at 10:30 PM.
