When I was a kid, I used to live in the province but moved to a more urban area when I was growing up. Since then, I have been studying in the city for as long as I can remember. This led me to dislike a few "exotic" things, like food that does not fall under common meats and vegetables. Fortunately, it also made me learn to like a few things about the city such as the bustling atmosphere and social people.
Observing my entry, it seemed that I had managed to avoid making simple sentences. As for the sentence types, it leaned to more formal and declarative style.
