Today I tried the context clues strategy to build my vocabulary. While reading article, I paused at unfamiliar words and used the surrounding sentences to guess their meaning before checking the dictionary. This helped me learn words like ephemeral .I remembered them better because I had already connected them to the text.The strategy worked well for me since it made learning new words feel natural,and I plan to keep practicing it in reading.
