CONJUNCTIONS
Conjunctions as I have learned is used to connect words, phrases and clauses. However, I can say that conjunctions are mostly used in our daily communication. For example; it is used to ask questions, it is used to connect sentences also it is used to show results etc.
Few sentence examples:
1. "When will you return?
2. "Grace and her friends visited."
3. "I wanted more knowledge, so I applied for this course."
The first sentence is a question and the conjunction there is "when"
In the second sentence, the conjunction there is "and" used to connect words and sentences
The conjunction in the last sentence is"so" used to show results.
This topic has really enlightened me more about the eight parts of speech.
