Every morning, I wake up at 7 AM and brush my teeth before making coffee.Then, I check emails and read news on my tablet while eating breakfast usually oatmeal with fruits. By 8:30 in the afternoon, I take a walk in the park to stretch my legs and listen to podcasts. Evenings involve cooking dinner , watching documentaries, and planning tomorrow's tasks before going to bed at 11 PM. Weekends? More hiking and going to church.
