Tense Consistency Discussion- Let's Apply

I am preparing my lunch box now. I am washing all the vegetables thoroughly and cutting the same pieces. And then, I am putting salad dressing and topping with tomato sauce. Finally, I am wrapping the lunch box with cloth decently.
