Pats of Speech:

  1. Noun: Here Jack is noun. Noun names person, place, feeling etc.
  2. Pronoun: Here he is pronoun. Pronoun replaces noun
  3. Adjective: Attentive, excited and first is adjective. Adjective describes noun and stay before noun
  4. Verb: Goes, is, passed all are verbs. Verb describe basically action and state of being.
  5. Adverb: Everyday is adverb. Adverb describes or give more information of verb, adjective and also other adverb.
  6. Preposition: To is preposition. It show relationship of nouns or noun phrases with rest of sentences
  7. Conjunction: Here to, though is conjunction. Conjunction connects words, phrases or even sentences
  8. Interjection: Here Yay is interjection. It show strong emotions.
