So today, I learned about the eight parts of speech: noun, pronoun, verb, adjective, adverb, preposition, conjunction, and interjection.
An example is the sentence, “Wow! He is reading a new book that I bought for him last night at Gramedia.”
- Wow! → interjection
- He, I, him → pronoun
- is reading, bought → verb
- book, gramedia → noun
- new → adjective
- that → conjunction
- last night → adverb
- for, at → preposition
