One summer afternoon, my younger brother and I decided to explore the woods behind our grandparents’ house. The trees were tall and thick, and the deeper we walked, the quieter it became. Suddenly, we heard a rustling sound in the bushes. My brother grabbed my arm and whispered, “Did you hear that?” Before I could answer, a small deer leaped out and dashed past us. We both froze for a second, then burst out laughing, realizing how scared we had been over something so harmless. When we got back, our grandmother shook her head and said, “I told you not to go too far. The woods have their own surprises.”
