Today, I used the strategy of context clues to learn new vocabulary. I tried to understand unfamiliar words based on how they were used in a sentence before checking their meanings.
This worked well for me because it improved my understanding while reading. I learned words like ambiguous (unclear) and meticulous (very careful). I will keep using this strategy because it is effective and easy to apply.
