Finding new words

I focused specifically on vocabulary found in international trade and shipping reports.

Did it work?

It worked perfectly because the words weren't just random definitions; they were tools. By learning them within the context of logistics, I could immediately see how to use them in a professional email or a data report. It transforms "studying" into "skill-building."

New words learned:

Intermodal: I now have a specific word to describe complex shipping routes that use both ships and trains.

Consignee: This is much more precise than just saying "the person getting the package" when drafting formal documents.

Expedite: A powerful verb to use when a shipment is urgent and needs to move faster through customs.

Why I chose it:

I chose this strategy because building a vocabulary is most effective when it aligns with your career goals.
