The strategy i have decided to use is the voracious reading strategy. this is because it is the number one surest way to improve your vocabulary. looking up new words when i come across them in the dictionary and making use of them in conversations also.
I even learnt a new word which is tardy today while going through the activity/ The word tardy means to be late. If i am to make use of it in a sentence, i can say. I am usually early to the office today, but due to traffic i was tardy today.
i can also use context clues to help me understand what the word means if i did not prior understand. the particular clue would have been the compare and contrast clue.
