If I had the chance to choose whether to be proficient in every language or have the power to communicate with animals, I would choose to be fluent in all languages. This is due to how it allows me to travel worldwide without the worry of not understanding their dialects. Furthermore, owing to the absence of language barriers, having a wider social circle can be achieved easily. This means having mates all across the globe. In addition, knowing all languages means having broader job opportunities around the world. For instance, the multilingual skill can be useful in translating information in marketing websites, saving time and money for companies in external translation devices. In summary, although the power to talk with animals sounds nice, I would love to be able to speak every dialect in the world because of the lack of culture shocks, better job opportunities, and a wider friend-zone, which all outweighs the advantages of having the talent to speak with animals.
