By 8:00 AM, I begin studying or attending online classes, taking short breaks to stay focused. Lunch at 1:00 PM is a balanced meal, followed by a 20-minute power nap. In the afternoon, I complete assignments, work on projects, or read books to expand my knowledge.
Evenings are for relaxation—I enjoy a walk in the park, listen to music, or chat with family. Dinner is light and early, around 7:30 PM. Afterward, I help with household chores like cleaning or organizing. Before bed, I spend 30 minutes journaling or planning the next day. By 10:30 PM, I wind down with a book and aim to sleep by 11:00 PM for a fresh start.
