Every weekday, I wake up at 6:30 AM and start my day with a mat Pilates to help me feel energized. After that, I get ready and have breakfast before attending my classes. In the afternoon, I spend some time reviewing my notes and completing assignments. I also make time to relax by listening to music or taking a short walk. In the evening, I help out with chores at home and prepare for the next day.
