Multi-tasking

It is generally not advised to multi task, especially when it applies to tasks that need full attention to avoid danger like driving. However, some forms of multitasking are encouraged; for example, doodling during an exam to maintain brain activity. It's important to note that it's been suggested by cognitive psychologists that what we think is multi tasking is actually rapid task switching where we quickly switch between tasks we are focused on rather than doing many things simultaneously. This is still under debate. Ultimately, it is advised to form a rabbit or task switching instead of multitasking so full focus and attention are given to each task in reasonable increments that make you effective.
