I stretch my arms before getting out of bed. Then, I walk to the kitchen and make a cup of hot coffee. I type quickly on my computer in a quiet room. I relax on the couch and watch a movie with my family. Ahh, I brush my teeth and crawl into bed feeling peaceful.
