Hello everyone,
My name is Hamid Gul Kozan, and I’m from Herat Province, Afghanistan. I’m a civil engineer with over 10 years of experience working in the humanitarian and development sectors, especially in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) engineering. I've worked with national and international organizations such as UNOPS, IAM, CRS, FAO, and others, leading and supporting various community-based infrastructure projects.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and currently, I’m working as a Field Officer (WASH Engineer) with the ACRLP/RRAA project in Afghanistan. I’m passionate about sustainable development, community empowerment, and using engineering solutions to improve lives.
Now, I’m very excited to be part of the Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid program at the KALU Institute. I look forward to learning from all of you, sharing experiences, and growing together as professionals in the humanitarian field.
Thank you, and I’m happy to connect with you all!
