How to Write?
Pre-writing:Clear in Topic, Purpose, and Audience
Brainstorming, Organise, Outline.
Drafting: Write each and everything on a paper without worrying.
Revice: Consider Global issue like which sentences contextual fit and well for global message unlike locals issue. Because A sentences is grammatical correction but globally it has no value then,there is no need of addition. So this step consider where need to add idea and skip idea(sentences).
Editing: After revicing, the last step is for editing because editing is most important to make clear a message for understanding in a clear way and to make easy for audience.So there is checked local issues like grammatical errors, punctuation,and caputilicaton.
Conclusion: Each paragraph content one idea but multiple sentences and for average paragraph there is minimised for 4 sentences and for maximum there is 20 sentences could be a long paragraph are best. And each paragraph content one introductory sentence, supporting ideas,and conclusive line.
