Dr. Analiza V. Verdillo is an academic leader, education administrator, and international speaker specializing in English education, arts integration, and industrial education management.
She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy major in Industrial Education Management at the Technological University of the Philippines, where her scholarly work focuses on educational leadership, curriculum innovation, and the integration of emerging technologies in teaching and learning systems.
Dr. Verdillo served as a Senior High School Principal for four years, where she led institutional development initiatives, strengthened instructional supervision frameworks, and advanced learner-centered academic programs. Her leadership emphasized quality assurance, faculty development, and strategic school-community partnerships.
At present, she serves as the Program Administrator for English and Arts, overseeing curriculum alignment, instructional quality, academic programming, and faculty mentoring. Her work integrates interdisciplinary approaches, creative pedagogy, and global competencies in language and arts education.
