There are 8 parts of speech

1: Noun:

                 A noun is the name of a person, place, or thing.

Example:

                 Ali, America, Pakistan, Chair, etc.

2: Pronoun

                 A word that replaces a noun is called a pronoun.

Example:

                He, She, It, Him, Her, etc.

3: Adjective:

               A word that modifies a noun or pronoun is called an adjective.

Example:

                Red, Tall, Black, etc.

4: Verb:

          A word that shows an action or state of being is called a verb.

  Example:

                   Think, drink, run, do, etc.

5: Adverb:

          A word that is used to describe verb, adjective and another adverb is called adverb.

Example:

She runs very fast.

He speaks quickly.

6: Conjunction:

           A word that is used to connect two words, classes, or phrases is called a conjunction.

Example:

Tom and Ali are best friends.

7:Preposition:

 A word that is used to show the relationship between noun and pronoun is called preposition.

Example:

The cat is under the table.

The book is on the chair.

8: Interjection:

A word that is used to show emotion or sudden feelings is called an interjection.

Example:

      Hurrah! We have won the match.
