The Big Five Personality test
My first thought on this personality test was that is probably has a lot of accuracy in the current life of the individual taking the test. However, people change a lot over a lifetime. Though I concede there may be core traits that are immutable.
In reflecting on my own scores, I predictable fell mostly in the middle leaning just a bit to the higher or lower end.
I think that it makes me invisible. While I am unlikely to be noticed underperforming, I will also not be noticed when going above and beyond.
There can be real positives in scoring high in desirable personality traits.
