1.I came across the word "meticulous" while reading:
"She kept meticulous notes during the experiment to ensure accurate results."

Using context clues, I guessed it meant something like "careful" or "detailed" — and I was right! I looked it up afterward, and it means "showing great attention to detail; very careful and precise."

2.I also learned the word "reluctant" from this sentence:
"He was reluctant to speak in front of the large crowd."
From the sentence, I figured it meant "hesitant or unwilling."

This strategy worked really well for me because it made me pause, think, and try to figure things out on my own before looking up the word. It also helped me remember the meanings
