  • I wake up at 6:30 AM every day.

  • I usually have breakfast at 7:00 AM, which is a cup of tea and some bread.

  • After breakfast, I study for about two hours.

  • I take a break at 10:00 AM and go for a short walk outside.

  • I have lunch around 12:30 PM, and it is usually a light meal.

  • In the afternoon, I work on assignments or attend online classes.

  • I exercise for 30 minutes every evening at 5:00 PM.

  • After exercising, I relax and read a book for about an hour.

  • I have dinner at 7:30 PM, usually with my family.

  • Before bed, I watch a TV show or listen to music to relax.
