Hi everyone,

Today, I tried the flashcard method to build my vocabulary. I wrote down five new English words on flashcards, with the word on one side and its meaning and a sentence on the other. I reviewed them a few times during the day.

Here are the new words I learned:

  1. Reliable – someone or something you can trust.
Example: My friend is very reliable; he always keeps his promises.

  2. Opportunity – a good chance to do something.
Example: This course is a great opportunity to improve my English.

  3. Confident – feeling sure about yourself.
Example: I felt confident when I spoke in class today.

  4. Improve – to make something better.
Example: I want to improve my speaking skills.

  5. Journey – the act of traveling from one place to another.
Example: Learning English is a journey.

This method worked really well for me. It was fun and helped me remember the words better. I will continue using flashcards every day.

Thanks for reading!
