A Preposition is a word or group of words that connects nouns,  pronouns or phrases with other words in a sentence e.g. in, at, of, on

A Conjunction is a word or phrase  that connects words, phrases or clauses together e.g. and, but, or, so, as soon as 

An Interjection is a word or phrase that is grammatically independent from the words around it, it basically expresses feeling e.g. oh, ah, umm, oops
