As Jack Lord said, "What you have, what you are, your looks, your personality, your way of thinking is unique. No one in the world is like you. So capitalize on it".

Everyone has different personality that in fact changes over time. We've faced with many experiences, hash of them fall us down, we get up, we learn, and we move on. Good experiences make us pleased, make us greatful, and seek us for more rewards. All of these experiences switch out our attitudes, our values, and our personality. It's important to discover what type of personality do we have, it's important to know which ones describe us strongly and which ones draw us dimly. As a manager, I've had many experiences, both of them are  personal an professional, I worked for 5 years in HR and I can truly understand that dealing with each personality is very exhausting, especially if you are one of those who pay close attention to details.

It's essential for individuals to identify what type of personality do they have in advance, people with that kind of interpersonal skills find it easier to define, discuss, and express themselves.

So what types of personality do you believe defines you in your personal life, and which one describes you in professional life?

Do you feel that your personal experiences affect your personality and throw it for change? What about you as an employee, did you experience the feeling of growth and change, you may have thought to advance your career, or become a first line supervisor, or a manager, Do you believe changing personality only can make that happen? The personality that defines me most is conscientiousness. I would say that this is one of my strengths and I intend to cultivate and develop it further to enhance not just my career but my overall personal development. I also consider myself as an introvert and this is one of the things I also want to work on. I get along with my coworkers and managers really well but I feel like I am not connecting with them at a level that characterizes me as a dependable and approachable employee. I guess the work environment we have in our office is just so different to what I considered to be an ideal working environment that fosters growth and productivity. I also find the nature of my work very limiting when it comes to skill and personal development. My dissatisfaction about my job has compelled to me seek fulfillment from other endeavors like pursuing a higher education and academic development.

I do believe I fall in at least two, possibly three of these personalities; Extravert and conscientiousness for sure and some agreeableness. I'm very outgoing and get along with almost everyone. I tend to be very organized and a workaholic to a fault. To work with me on a project may be difficult for some who like to procrastinate because I want to get the job done and get it off my plate so I can move on to the next task. I'm not a workaholic by choice or because I love my job so much; I'm a workaholic because I keep thinking that I will get something off my plate and won't have so much to do but it seems as though I just keep getting more piled on my plate. I do need to work on a better "work balance" with all my personality traits because they can be on both spectrums of good and evil and not be so good for my personal/family life at times.
